Core Water Systems, INC. operates the website located at www.corewatersystems.com and other websites on which a copy of these terms of use appear as a service to its customers residing in the United States of America, its territories and possessions ("U.S.").
Thank you for shopping at Core Water Systems. You have 15 calendar days to return your item form the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition and must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt and proof of purchase.  Core Water Systems charges a 20% restocking fee on all returns.  Core Water Systems reserves the right of refusal on all returns and or refunds.  

  • REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned item, we will immediately notify you that Core Water Systems has received your returned item.  We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund. All credit card processing fees, shipping fees, packaging and handling fees plus a 20% restocking fee of the total sale price will be deducted from your refund.  

  • SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING: Products that are marked with "Free shipping" typically ship within 3 business days after full payment is received and applies in the United States.  Orders outside the United States will need to be placed over the telephone and the customer would be responsible for any additional shipping fees.  Exact shipping quotes can be provided to the customer and International customers also get free shipping to the closest US border. This also applies to any freight forwarder companies you might use within the United States. Any additional shipping fees and import duties or taxes would be the customer's responsibility.  Most Items ship via FedEx or UPS.  Large Heavy orders will be shipped via Freight carrier.
